Clematis with Mulberry Hues

It's not a very nice day outside - cold and windy - never the less, I ventured out into the garden with the camera and a thought to try to catch some grasses with movement (having just read an artical on ePhotozine by JohnGravett).

Suddenly I noticed my Clematis on the shed had a single, almost plate sized, bloom on it - even better there were some distinct mulberry hues in the petals, which would hopefully fit the
