Noisy neighbours?

There's been heavy machinery driving up and down outside my office window all week. Today they seem to have been driving a giant vibrator around today (well, that's what it feels like ..)

The purpose of all this digging, shovelling amd levelling is to create a garden area between the buildings instead of the bare gravel that was there previously. Looking forward to sitting out in the garden........and hope they're finished soon!
