Off to Battle

After the best night's sleep ever (5pm til 7am for this little man) we were expecting to go and pick Mr C up from hospital this morning. Instead we had a very long wait at home whilst a decision about discharge was being made. By early afternoon we were stir crazy, so off we went to Battle! Nedley Noo had the biggest Jaffa cake ever, and then we went to see the cows in the field behind Battle Abbey. He was very interested in cow pats and udders!!! Finally, we heard from The patient to say he was coming home. We stopped for a brief blip photo in this doorway before dashing to Hastings to pick him up.

We had a few emergency stops on the way home - the patient was feeling very sick!! Now he's in bed, but at least he's home!!

Now we're off to pick up the rugby playing brother....
