Never slept last night after having an amazing night out was brought back to reality as Noah was unwell, high temp, sore throat, coughing, just really poorly.

Had a visit to out of hours this morning but they're saying its viral.

On the way in there was lots of ambulances and police vans, we were looking at the ambulances and one of the ambulance drivers ask Noah if he would like to come inside to look, he got to help him make up the stretcher and lots of other things. He said it was really good for the kids to see the inside of an ambulance so it's not so scary for them if they ever need to be in one. Such a lovely man.

My niece Rachel had her first Tae-Kwon-Do tournament today and got a silver medal for sparring. So proud.......
