Evening at Hels house

Jen, Hels and Diane are all fired up over school dinners! They are exclaiming over how poor next weeks menu is and have decided to lead a revolution.

Work was really busy this morning so was over quickly. I came home to find that Heidi had spent the morning making potions under Marks vague supervision. She had used a pint of milk, a whole bottle of washing up liquid, half a family sized tub of margarine, a cut up cucumber, a punnet of raspberries, some marmite, half a bottle of hand wash and an Easter egg to make a delightful potion. I threw a wobbler.

Talia and I went to visit Fiona who we were at school with from being 7, she lives about 40 mins away and has a houseful of beautifully energetic children. I went to the gym then glammed myself up and Carole came to collect me. We went via the Lebanese takeaway and arrived drooling from the fabulous smells emanating from the takeaway bags.

Hels is absolutely a hostess with the mostess and we had a great evening, lots of vino, food and hours of dancing once we were drunk enough to think we were great dancers. Lindsey and Steve arrived about midnight and so the dancing went to a whole other level as Linz is actually good. She can do the splits!!
