Fonmon Castle

Originally mediaeval, 18th century inside. We went there for a concert in the Vale of Glamorgan Festival, by Juice Vocal Ensemble. They are a brilliant trio. The Castle is alarming close to Cardiff Airport.

Some people had champagne and strawberries on the lawn beforehand. At least one of the featured composers is in this blip.

Now listening to Stile Antico on Radio 3. Another brilliant vocal ensemble, but they mostly sing Renaissance music, whereas Juice mostly sing contemporary. Not exclusively, in either case.
