Mothers Day

Dear Diary,

It is Mothers Day and although I am in Ireland I want to include an old photograph of my Grandmother and me. It is my favorite picture of us. Sitting on her lap watching the television. She was such a nurturing and loving woman. In many ways, she was my most profound influence...a shinning light. It is a blessing to have such people in your life...they save you.
