The benefits of carrying a shin injury-been off running all week (replaced with cycling and swimming instead) so lack of long run today meant I managed to get these wee paintings finished. Not so good news is that the Edinburgh marathon is imminent-hoping this break does the trick and I'm recovered in time for it!
