My winter flowering jasmine. I love how the light has caught the edges of the leaves.

Good day today. Starting to feel a lot better, at last. We went to a friend's 50th birthday barn dance this afternoon, and then on to the care home to see the in-laws. Father-in-laww is on a new medication, and it seems to be working very well for him. Mother-in-law enjoyed looking through Adam's dinosaur book with him. It was lovely to see the two of them engaged in such a simple activity. They don't get much opportunity nowadays, so must remember to try this more often.
Roast beef this evening. Now covered in cats, and finishing my wine.
