Up Periscope...

There is nothing better than waking up really early on a Sunday morning and for a few moments thinking it’s Monday and time to get up, then realising it’s only Sunday you can snuggle under the duvet for another 3 hours well four today.

D & K headed off to play golf and Ele and I headed to Stirling to have a nosey at some kitchen places as she’s a having kitchen makeover and is looking for new floor tiles, worktops, sink & taps hob and extractor fan. Didn’t see much to get excited about but I did buy a rather cute watering can in B&Q that will look great down by the Gin Palace

D & K returned from golf with David saying it was his worst round since last week in living memory. He’s banned from being grumpy about it though so he distracted himself by making tea (a really delish oriental chicken dish with noodles and sesame oil. I was well impressed.)

Now trying to get organised for the start of the week when all I want to do is head to bed! One late night and I am whacked. Getting old!
