MEET JIMMY

You've met Brutus the Lamb before here
Today, as my sister, Joan, and I were walking the high street, shopping for our midnight feast, we saw Brutus loitering outside a pie shop. I hung around, waiting to see if he would be 'claimed' as I have sleepless nights over lost dogs. Then I realised it was Brutus and looked inside the shop, where Jimmy, his owner, was stocking up on pies for his New Year's Eve celebration. He was very happy to let me take their portrait and I promised to give him a copy when we meet on the street in the New Year. He gave me a bristly hug and wished us both a very happy new year.
