'my gardens delight'

a lovely day, combination of writing, speaking to friends, watching political debates on TV and taking photographs of my own garden. An absolute delight watching flowers, plants, trees thrive. I love taking the camera out after rain.

For the second day I walked into the town centre and called on a friend for cup of tea. Really must start motivating myself to walk more and adopt a more healthy diet !!!! I used to teach motivation to others but now its me !!!!! there is a saying very true "You teach best that that you most need to learn"
