Time for a change.....

my journal is called Dreaming of Sunny Days which is a reference to optimism & at the moment that is on my mind a lot - the recent death of Sarah has got me to thinking about how lucky I am but at the same time I am prone to self sabotage which is so unfair to the people I love especially Barry - Sarah's long & brave fight has had a profound impact on me & in memory of Sarah & all those people who would have loved to feel the sun on their face just one more time it is time for me to begin my own fight & that starts today !!!!
