Half time(2)

Half way through a mammoth concert organised by the Mayor. Apparently he wanted to finish off his year in office in style and booked us (the orchestra) plus the Choral Society and the School Choir (they own the biggest concert venue in the locality). The first half was seriously loud (the brass section loved it - we never have a problem finding brass players to play 'Star Wars') - and the second half was less tiring but harder to control due to the audience participation.
I'm absolutely exhausted now......
