Triplet strawberry

After a week of eating lots of lovely goodies, Ian and I are back on our diets. We are still doing the no sugar diet (kind of!). I've started eating fruit again as I missed that too much and am just going to avoid added sugar. So no more cake, biscuits, chocolate etc for a while.

Let's see how we go - will we last beyond Monday?
So far so good! I even had the willpower to resist the biscuits that circulated in my meeting earlier - they did three circuits of the room which was very testing!
