May challenge - mint

Quite a few ways mint could be interpreted today........sweets, colours or plants.

I recently planted a collection of mint plants alongside the herb garden. I hadn't realised how many different types had been cultivated. You can never have too much mint but best grown in pots as they can be very invasive. In the collection there is basil mint, easier to grow than basil and tastes very similar, Moroccan for tea, potatoes or sauce, peppermint for desserts, Eau de Cologne to put in your bath!!!!! I can't wait to try them all.
