Mint Tea

I am managing to meet the May challenge word of 'Mint' today! One of my treats at this time of year (especially breakfast when I have time to appreciate it) is a cup of fresh mint tea. There is an excellent crop growing close by the house so it's easy to pick. The season doesn't last very long though.

The tea pot was given to me by an Iranian friend and is particularly good for brewing Jasmine tea with those wonderful dried flower heads which just look gorgeous as they unravel and soak up the moisture.
