Duck!

I did 20 lengths of breast stroke and 4 of back stroke in the pool today, 864 metres!

I was told off for taking photos, I asked them why they had an instragram page and had been liking my photos if photos weren't allowed… they didn't know the answer…

So this may be my last pic of the pool, anyway there was a duck there again today which is always fun.

It was just lovely in there, it felt like summer, my left shoulder which I had sub acromial decompression surgery on in November doesn't hurt at all anymore but is stiff and I don't have full range of movement back whilst my right shoulder - which I've been offered the same procedure for - does hurt but the movement is fuller… I'm seeing the specialist later this month.

Gulli is doing Sats all week, he said he found today's exam on English Comprehension stressful because he thought he had more time, he felt like crying but didn't and completed it, I reassured him that as long as he does his best that is all Dad and I want from him, he seemed ok with that.
