Right now this sandwich has made me happier than I realised it was possible for a sandwich to make me. It may actually be the most scrumptious sandwich ever.

Quite a tough day's training today so glad to be done.

Stressed. Headachy.

And my knackered laptop has finally died but on the plus side no data has been lost. Definitely think it's laptop shopping time and for once some investment is needed. Oh and some ongoing TLC once it's been bought.
