Liquid goodness

Got a few free electrolyte and nutrient tablet drinks in my EMF 5K pack so I tried them the other day.
Not bad and they are good for my recovery so bought some and they arrived today. Also got a few freebies of another type power bar, there was also a haribo starmix fun size too but they have been eaten.
