Ignore the clutter . . .

this is about the frozen milk, or more precisely, the colour of it. I never used to (need to) freeze milk until I moved up here and was surprised at how it changes colour. The semi skimmed is just out of the freezer and is more yellow than white, after a short while at room temperature it returns to its normal white.
