Quack!

Stella's favourite word is duck! No small wonder as she and her mummy have had the pleasure of watching this family, and another one of a similar size, every day from their garden. The ducks live in the river at the back of Hannah and Ed's house, alongside a couple of geese, currently sitting on a nest, plus coots and moorhens. Very rustic in the heart of the town. We said our goodbyes to Apsley this afternoon, after a lovely weekend but it's only seven weeks until we will see Stella and her mummy and Daddy when they come north for our nephew's wedding. Not long at all!
