A Stolen Moment

For some reason, I woke up before 4am this morning. Even the cat was sleeping - and of course, in a place he shouldn't be: in the smallest boy's bed. We've tried to teach Kimi not to go there, because it's in the upper level of a bunk bed; when jumping up, the cat can not really know where he'll be landing - perhaps on the boy's face, claws ready to grab on... But as we all can see here, the cat really enjoys the upper bed. I guess he feels especially safe there <3

Jostain syystä heräsin tänään ennen aamuneljää. Jopa kissa nukkui vielä, ja tietysti paikassa, jossa ei saisi olla. Se oli pienimmän pojan sängyssä, jonne olemme yrittäneet opettaa sitä menemästä. Koska peti on kerrossängyn ylemmässä kerroksessa, ei kissa voi sinne hypätessään tietää, mihin laskeutuu - pahimmassa tapauksessa pojan kasvoille, kynnet valmiina tarttumaan... Mutta kuten tästä nähdään, Kimi todella viihtyy yläsängyssä. Kai se siellä tuntee olonsa erityisen turvalliseksi <3
