What a weird day.

I didn't have a great rest last night, and I woke up nervous about the meet. Throughout the day, aches and pains emerged and I kept letting them get to my head. Shoutout to Grease and Brent for helping me deal with them.

School.

Today was the Division Championship meet at Westbury. Last time I ran on this track, I hit 10:00 in the 3200. Today wasn't as spectacular, but this track is good to me. 4:41 and All-Division (3rd) in the 1600 (big PR!) and 10:32 in the 3200! Brent killed the 3200 and even though they postponed the last two relays due to darkness, I have a good feeling about the outcome of this meet.
