Unnecessarily Long Induction

The induction started at 4pm and we finished at 8:45pm. Indeed, it was necessary for the induction, but they could have shortened it a little, surely?

Started with a mountain of paperwork followed by presentations interspersed with videos. One in particular probably could have done with a modern twist. The topic was about guests but the video was more than likely made in the 80's with Americans in mind.

At least I have something to get on with tomorrow. The copious amounts of handbook readings!
