Roller Rox at the Helix

Went to the first Roller Rox session at the Helix tonight. Its an exercise programme outdoor on skates. Brought all kinds of folks out to the park so was good fun. I can skate pretty well but when it came to press ups and sit ups on skates I think its safe to say I was a fail!
