'Breastcheck Clinic'.................!!!!

This is where I had to go this morning.........
I HATE THIS........and apparently the majority of women don't mind at all....
having had to cancel my first appointment.......I decided to just grit my teeth and get on with it this morning....
now it's over and done with for another to years.......hopefully the results will be OK.......so.....altho' it's unpleasant don't anyone neglect to go for your mammogram check-up when you are called.......!!
This is one of our mobile units.....free check-ups to anyone between the ages of 50-64 years...,,it's a wonderful service and has saved many lives....
Well, I was so traumatised I just had to go for a very large strong coffee
and of course an almond and cherry cake........it helped!!!!!!!

Kitty Boy and I have just spent the most lovely afternoon in the greenhouse ..
he curled up on my chair while I was potting up some new bedding plants..
we had a great chat and it was just like old times...we were both very pleased..
he really does relax me!!!
D.O.G was inside with S and they looked after the Nanny......!
We had lovely sunshine today too and only the hint of showers....!
