Glowing

Rich decided to join me and pooch on the moor this evening. At the top, we were just in time to catch the golden hour.

We heard a cuckoo on the way up and think we saw one flying out of a tree - it looked a bit hawk-like but not quite as swift or sleek and its call closer by seemed to confirm it. I've only ever seen one cuckoo a fair few years ago now, in the top of a tree on Skye. I'd love to be due a photo!

L was signed off today by Dr Sen so now it's over to the rehab team who are already on the case.
