Hogmanay Fireworks

Well I finally got a Blip without snow in it. I made a last minute decision to go out and photograph the Hogmanay Fireworks at Stirling Castle. The price I paid for this was a temporary loss of the use of my extremeties due to the cold last night (it was -7 centigrade)!

I should have made my decision a bit earlier so that I would have had more time to scout out a better location for my shoot, a lot of the fireworks where obscured by the Castle. Perhaps next year I'll get a better location...

Seems that Delphwynd and myself have done it again....whilst I was at the bottom of the hill shooting upwards at the Castle he was at the top shooting the festivities on the Castle Esplanade!
