London wanderings and friends reunited

So a day up in London today as I went to collect my Vietnamese Visa and then wandered around London.

I went into Admiralty Arch for the first time and got some good shots of the statue on top and shots down the mall and then through Green Park where I came across the memorial for the RAF, at the base of which were these stunning carnations.

I wandered along Piccadilly to Piccadilly Circus, through Leicester Square and up to Covent Garden photographing whatever captured my eye.

Met up with some ex work colleagues tonight - friends reunited over drinks and shared history.. sounds like I left at the right time, chaos is already ensuing! Dinner with Philto catch up on everything he couldn't say over drinks then home!!
