Storm!

Proper American moment!

Jill and I decided to have an early night but we were woken up about 11pm with the biggest crash of thunder I have ever heard. I then saw the most amazing flashing lights through the blinds (think terminator) cutting across the sky.

I got up and went to the balcony for a better view. It was truly awesome and it lasted for at least two hours!

This picture was taken about 11.20pm and it's straight from camera -so you can imagine how bright the whole sky was...
