Great news from the firstborn last night, they've had their offer on a house accepted, and seeing as they sold their flat about 3 weeks ago and were starting to feel a bit desperate (as was I at the prospect of them having to move in temporarily over the summer if they couldn't find anything suitable in time;-)), so we're all celebrating!
