Boat trip day today which was good fun where we learned about the peculiar mating rituals of the octopus and the curious life cycle of the sea cucumber. A very nice lunch and some good beaches made for a pleasant way to spend the day. A promising taverna recommendation for tomorrow's walk to lunch looks to have been an added bonus. We'll see.

There are wild flowers everywhere at the moment. Anywhere things can grow there are wild flowers. In fields, on beaches, by the side of the road and on spare patches of land. Absolutely everywhere. It's fantastic to see. We probably should have bought a book, but, no matter, there's always Google image search and Wikipedia.
