snow patrol

After getting home from Oban last night or should that be this morning as it was 5am, then bed at 6am, it was going to be a lazy day today.

Late start then took the doggies out for a nice snowy walk in the forrest. They just loved it.
Thought I would be a bit emotional when the bells rang last night but hey I was fine. New year, new deccade, new challenges so I'm ready.

About to cook dinner then its off for more entertainment to the local village to see the group Skerryvore a brilliant young trad Scottish musis band, so it will be Stripp the Willows full tilt for a good few hours. As the hall is within walking distacne I think I may have a dram but only one as I am such a lightweight and more than two would leave me with a horrible hangover. Suppose I am lucky then cause it keeps me in check.

Hope to have a few restful days off before going back to work and maybe get my wretched camera sensor cleaned.
