Muntham Wood, Itchingfield Looking SW

I last took this view on 3rd February and this is how it looks now! The field seems to have a very thin and sparse crop of what looks like Flax or Linseed in it. It would seem that the field would definately have been better left as woodland! It's always interesting to do seasonal comparisons as well as monthly ones and the difference is very clearly seen.

I took adavantage of the drier conditions and went on my usual walk at Itchingfield. While I was there, I saw and heard a Buzzard but wasn't able to photograph him!
