A Sunny Wednesday

It was such a lovely day today, so I took my father-in-law out for a cup of coffee. He's feeling really down at the moment, so I wanted to do a little something to cheer him up. It's difficult at the moment. His new Alzheimer's medication is working very well for him, which is great, as he seems much more his old self. The downside is that he is now aware that things are not so good with my mother-in-law. He is very concerned about her, and I think he spends much of the day worrying.

That said, today was a good day, so when we got back to the home I took them both out for a sit in the sun. I think it did us all some good.
