A Dream Come True

We have taken a day off today and spent it on a day trip to Tenby – Dinbych y Pysgod. I have always been fascinated by St Catherine’s Island, and always wanted to go over there. It has been closed to the public for many years however, but now—at last—it is being renovated and we were able to climb over onto the island for the first time. So this photograph is of Tenby taken from the Isalnd. The fort is not yet open because the bridge to it has to be repaired or replaced, but with luck this will be complete by the time we are there for our week’s holiday in mid July. Fingers crossed.
