View of Prague

Today we took the scenic tram 22 up towards Prague castle. Spent the day exploring the royal palace and St Vitus's Cathedral. The weather was sunny so we took the opportunity to walk along the south "paradise" garden and take in the view over the river and look across to the other side of the city including the old town. Enjoyed the view with a glass of rosé wine and some strawberries before it started to rain and we hurried inside.

This blip is a quick iPhone snap of the spectacular view of the city from the palace gardens. I would really recommend a visit, it was lovely and peaceful compared to the tourist packed streets of the old town.
