How to save a bad day...

This cake came from a lovely client who had a lovely doggy that my boss sadly had to put to sleep last week. The new clippers are amazing, so quiet and will make clipping cats necks and legs for taking blood or giving anaesthetic drugs so much easier.

The day was going along fine and then i saw a baby guinea pig from a large pet shop chain which was in to be put to sleep. I tried really hard all afternoon to save it but couldn't. I then saw the most horrible woman with her poor diabetic dog, she had quite a vile manner and upset me for a long time after she left. I HATE it when people think I am stupid which she clearly did and she was so condescending. She is also completely incapable of caring properly for her doggy due to the fact she cannot take advice as she knows everything. Frustrating does not begin to describe how I felt after she left smugly to carry on ensuring her dog is not looked after properly.

I could not kick the bad feeling and then someone remembered the cake and my boss showed me the new clippers! We all had a cuppa and some cake and played with the new clippers and I felt better.
