Jersey Royals

I love it when you get Jersey Royals and I know that they have been in the shops for a few weeks but this was the first time we cooked them. There is only so much you can do with photographing a pan of potatoes but I liked the angle on this and the perspective. I am not really impressed with this but to be honest I am exhausted from all the controlled assessment, revision and BTEC tidying up. I need a holiday and it is a good job half term is not too far away.
