It's not called the Marsh for nothing!

After a day stuck inside training, it was heavenly to get out in the evening sun and fresh air with the off road runners. A lovely 6 mile run around Dilton Marsh, I know now why it's called The Marsh or Dilton Swamp, their not wrong, it was a tad muddy in places, but heaven all the same!
