I had the day off work today to prepare for my Doctorate interview on Wednesday. I didn't leave the house all day (because of the guilt which came with being too far away from my notepad) other than to pick my parents up from the airport. They enjoyed their holiday in Madeira and managed to find the smallest bottle of wine ever to bring back for me :)
