Whilst I didn't like this shower screen (pricey, yet still leaky, despite a distrusted 'guarantee' of non-leakiness, which all things with hinges must be) it wasn't necessary to complete banjo it when ripping it off the wall. I'd salvaged it from the front garden and asked the vendor for a spare wall bracket before noticing the damage.
