Yummy

Busy today at work - interesting course this afternoon on sight guiding for visually impaired people. You don't realise how daunting and vulnerable you feel without sight - we had to put blind folds on and be guided through narrow passages, through doors, upstairs, outside etc. Course run by My Guide, part of Guide Dogs for the Blind, very good.

Quickly home and tidy the house, friend over for tea tonight. I had prepared everything yesterday so that it was less to do when getting in from work - well planned, she turned up early, just finishing off hoovering!

Lovely evening - meal of salmon en croute followed by raspberry terrine, yummy.
