Infield

Apologies for the lack of updates. Rather busy with little time to process images and upload. Things are beginning to take shape and work has now started on the outside, including road construction. I am hoping to become more regular now that there is plenty of interesting things going on around the velo.

In this image you can see that work has begun in building up the base to lay the huge concrete slab for the infield which will be over 2000 square metres. You can also see the 'track slab' which is 80% completed. Preparation is on target to have this finished within 2 weeks.
