Appias
This is the white butterfly that I have seen flying around quite a lot. Once I got it on the screen, it was immediately identifiable to a butterfly that I have photographed in Bandung. Slightly different to the two species in my collection and so I have some research to do.
Blipping safaris during lunch hour on factory grounds are rather unnerving, as hundreds of factory workers file past on their way to dinner. A strange sight, the big English guy, standing in the middle of the bushes, crouched over a leaf and clicking away with such fervour, you would think that the leaf was a naked model!
After two years of bug safaris, this is nothing that I cannot handle. I just ignore all and get on with it.
