Twenty Two Spot Ladybird on Thistle

The thistles are beginning to show their lovely purple flower, as I was looking at them this Ladybird landed and quite made itself at home. I liked the contrasting colours of the silver green, purple and orange.
A beautiful day with wall to wall sunshine and 19 degrees.
