A colleague has this as her facebook status at the mo. Sounds like a good moto to go by.

Not well today- got up at 4, walking dog at 5, got ready for work at 6, back in bed for 7. Feel bad for letting down everyone at work. Even more gutted as going to miss little sisters birthday tomorrow-not missed one so far and don't want to start now but feeling Rough with a capital R.
