On my quest to only shop in local shops rather than the branded shops every 50 meters in London I went to a small Italian sandwich shop for lunch and brought this - £5.10 sandwich made of chicken in bread and blue cheese warmed up and then grilled.

Abit expensive but very nice and a nice treat from me to me.
