"Russ" crawling for a knot

After 14 years on school they can celebrate that they have become "russ". There's a lot of tradition in this, and one is to get knots on the string on "russelua" (the caps they can wear as "russ"). That gives status. :-) One thing to do is to crawl from Stortinget (the parliament building) to the Kings Castle. These girls were almost halfway, but still vain enough to arrange their hair when I was going to take pictures.
